PRIVACY
How we use your information
When you request a quote, we store the details you provide so Stephen or Bobby can contact you, prepare a quote and manage any resulting work. This can include your name, phone number, postcode, service requested and job description.
Website statistics
We record basic first-party usage statistics such as pages viewed, referral source and an anonymised visitor identifier. The identifier is created with a one-way hash and is used to estimate unique visitor numbers. We do not use advertising trackers.
How long information is kept
Business and job records are kept for as long as reasonably required for customer service, accounting and legal obligations. Website statistics may be periodically removed by the site administrator.
Sharing
Information is used by B.M Man & Van to handle enquiries and jobs. It is not sold. Hosting and communications providers may process information only as needed to deliver those services.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information held about you, subject to any legal record-keeping requirements. Contact Stephen or Bobby using the details on the main website.
